 What's a "Bike Route on Major Boulevard"?

Is it a blvd with bike markings?
Is it a blvd with no bike markings?
Is it a blvd with a bike lane?
no bike lane?

 a bike route is marked only by the green bike route signs. such as those along 4ths bicycl blvd.

 Everyone should fill this out, if not for the actual input, but for the showing of a large number of interested people.
Despite the huge change is bicycling in Los Angeles over the past five years, we are still invisible to the city, the planners, DOT, etc. Pass this on to occasional and non-riders as well. Their input is valuable as what a bike-friendly city looks like from their perspective.
