Time is 752am LA time and KTLA is gonna have a piece on what some city councilman's plan is to make the city more bike friendly.

 Well, that was fast...

Councilman Ed Reyes (sp?) is proposing more bike lanes and bicycle only roads (4th St?) He also proposes a public bike program where residents could rent bikes online or at Metro stops. The Bike network would also link people to key spots like work, school and shopping areas.

 Yeah... I saw that this morning and that thing went really quick.I would say like at least 30 seconds. I wonder what Ed Reyes has in mind. 4th St. like you said stevo. I couldn't find anything on KTLA's site. Sheez... I still can't find anything from them or NBC on last months SMCM.

But how could they do that on 4th street? -- surely they need to let cars in to allow them to park. K-town parking = fucked.

 The "(4th Street?)" was my input. Not from the segment, I was just commenting on the 4th St. Bike Blvd. that's been kicking around here for a while and that maybe was what they were referring to. Only Ed Reyes knows for sure.
