i believe i was the first one to get a ticket for last month's sm critical mass..literally 2min into the ride i hear over the megaphone, "hey you..in the green sweater"

i got a ticket for "not riding in the bikelane".... too funnie

there is a little piece of the CVC that says that when a bike lane is available a cyclist must use it, unless it is obstructed... by debris, cars or OTHER CYCLISTS... you should be able to fight it.

I really like Fuzz'z suggestion on how to fight it. It would be easy to argue that the bike lane was full and you were passing the ridazz in the lane. Please do share what you find out about this.
