Yo ridazz,

Anyone coming from the Ventura area? There's a person that has a wheel I need for my foldie. It's a small and light 20" wheel. I could pay for this by paypal if needed. I just need someone to pick it up and meet me at a ride we're planning on coming to. The guy lives on a Navy base, but he said he could travel to meet at an agreed upon location.

Check with me later in the week, I live in Santa Barbara and try to make it to this ride. Which base does he live on? I have can drive on either base.

Thanks for stepping up guys. I thought there was only one Navy base in the area. I sent an email to the guy and asked for more details to where he's located. He seemed pretty easy to deal with, so I don't see any problems here. I'll be posting when I get more info.

BTW, he's into bikes and is a welder in the Navy. He was talking about welding aluminum and stuff. Who knows he maybe rida and not know it!

Alright, he got back to me and this is what he said,

I can meet in the town of Camarillo at the Home depot parking lot.

I'll give whoever can pick this up, the guy's number. I'll pay him with paypal, so this will be paid by the time it gets picked up.

I need to know who's picking this up so I can email the contact info to them. This will be paid by the time it gets picked up. I'll try to make Danny's ride, not sure how I'll be since I'm doing the ride earlier that morning. If I'm not at the ride, just give the wheel to Danny. I'll get it from him.

If no one picks it up, tell me which base he lives at and I'll drive on base and get it. Sounds like he might be at Mugu if he can meet in Camarillo.

Tyler, are you going to the Cruz ride? I haven't decided yet but if no one picks up the wheel, that might be enough to push me over the top to make the drive down.

He didn't say what base he was on. He did say it would be hard for me to get on. I assume you're military? What I'll do as I said above, is just give the contact info to who is picking this up and they can call him to make arrangements.

I have a military id card so I can go on base. Let me get back on Thursday, because I have out of town visitors, my plans for the Cruz ride are as firm as jello right now.

whatever the outcome is USER1, we are rolling out there on Sat early, at least by 7pm, so let me know what’s going to happen B4 Sat, AM, if it happens 2B last minute get a hold of Danny and he can get a hold of me or Vino, were more than willing 2 help U out!

I'll be doing a mountain ride in Cheseboro Canyon near Agoura on Sunday morning so If ruinedbyidiots, vino, or sbp ryda can't pick it up, I can pick up the wheel on Sunday morning and get it to the West Valley.

If you need a someone in the west valley, I'm in canoga park, so if this doesn't happen until Sunday, I'd be willing to help. I'll be at CruzzWithUs and the Toy ride. But if no one can make it to CruzzWithUs, then the next time would be the Toy Ride, which one of you from Ventura or SB counties will probably be at. I think user1 lives in long beach or pretty close so getting it from the valley to long beach might be a stretch.

I live in LB but I'm at alot of the rides. All you guys got to do is get this wheel to the ride and let me know what ride it is. If I'm not at the ride, there will be someone that can pick this up for me.

I liive in Camarillo and I'm coming down to the BoomChicka ride.
I'm 5 minutes from the Home Depot Camarillo. Could grab the wheel no problem if that works for you.

I can't Cruz this month but I need to be at Port Hueneme Saturday afternoon. Depending on which base he's at, I can pick up the wheel and drop it off with vino or sbp ryda if they're going on Cruz. I also work in Long Beach during the week and bring the wheel to work.

I talked to Michael and I believe everything is going to be handled by him. He'll be LB this week and I can get the wheel from him then. I left a message to see if he picked up the wheel yet, or what's happening.
