EPIC TRIP. If you missed it you missed out. Almost every Rida who came was as fun and inclusive as anyone could ask. Steph made it happened and it was flawless. RevDak was a major organizer and Roadblock never let us down with his natural leadership skills.

Huh?!? Towelie and Rollers were in NO?
So the tandam I found at the junk store was bought and used during our rides through New Orleans. Andrew and Reecy who did sooo much to show us around town that we gifted it to them as a thank you. But only after Larson and others cleaned it up, put on a new chain and gave it a silver paint job. Added some midnight Ridazz ink and then we all signed it.
Most ridas are heading back. I flew to Sedona to meet up with Liana and do some riding in this spiritual vortex. I'm following the antics of everyone else on Swaggle...

what a fuckin AWESOME trip. it never ceases to amaze how well everyone gets along and gets shit done and has a great time with each other.
everywhere we rode people were cheering and generally enchanted with the idea that we all grouped up and brought our bicycles to see the city. the best way to see a city is by bicycle!
Black Label party was off the chain. Larsen held his own against the Black Label tall bike jousters. Shooting fireworks at each other and dancing in the street with freak bikes riding back and forth was chaotic and fun as fuck. I will be posting photos soon and the NYE celebration we experienced was probably the best I've EVER had. seeing laharr setting off a huge cache of fireworks and mortars with the city scape mississippi river and fireworks in the background was SPECTACULAR thankyou Laharr you crazy mother fucker,
traveling to and from has been an "interesting" experience....
Van travel was faster and somewhat cheaper but in order to make it cheap it required 9 people which made the actual trip fairly uncomfortable. we shaved about 12-14 hours of time off the train ridazz trip each way. the down side of course is that we had a large responsibility towards the van rental and clean up and so forth.
it sounds like the train ride was a lot less stressful and Amtrak does have a cheap way to transport bicycles. they provide boxes and if you get a ticket far enough in advance the ticket was almost as cheap as the van ride.
travelling by airplane would have been the most convienient however transporting a bicycle is a gamble with expense and whether or not someone throws a 50lb bag on top of your bike and breaks it (happened to me in miami - I lost a day of vacation having to deal with getting my wheel repaired.)
all in all I am so glad to be a part of this traveling show we have and I cant wait to see what far off land we roll up on next. someone mentioned Philly?! Europe?! Ridazz we ride across the globe eventually.

I am in love with the neighborhood we stayed in. I want to live there I'm so in love with it. I want to live there and open a little neighborhood bar and ride my bike around the beautiful colored little houses and neighborly friendly people. And I want to volunteer at Plan B and at the little book store. And I want to dance to brass bands.

wanted to ride around and explore more of the warehouse district the following afternoon, which eventually led us back to this place. found new things to climb and new buildings. one of the stairways in the building led us to the command center.
