Halloween help???

I have been working my ass off on the Halloween Ride. I've ridden 1,000,000,000,00 routes until I believe I've found the right one. I have spoke cards designed and the look killer.
There are a few other things we were talking about doing that need to be a surprise to the Ridazz, so I won't discuss them on this board. So we are looking for some help with a few things during the ride, and after and before. If some one has a laminator, or knows the best way to get 1,000 double sided spoke cards printed, cut, and laminated for cheap that would be awesome.
If you are interested in lending us a hand, send me an email. "aggroman1@gmail.com"
Thanks!
Oh yeah, there will be a before, and after party at the Bike Oven.

Bikerowave can help you with the spoke cards. We have Index card size laminates on hand . . . though just shy of enough to make 1000 card. Each laminate is $0.20 . . . but I've found these make good spoke cards if you cut them in half. So we could do it for a dime a spoke card . . . or $100 for the whole job. This assumes you take care of the printing. Come in, email me first, and we can do it. It will take several hours . . . I seem to recall that you can do about 150 file cards an hour . . . you need to do 500 (remember - cutting in half) . . . so a little less than 4 hours.
If you post here, or maybe on the BRW forum, you might be able to get people to throw down on the costs.
Let me know ahead of time so I can order more laminates for BRW, cause we only have 500 and we want to have them available for other rides.

This is just my own opinion about cards, but what I would like to see is a bit of a cut back on spoke cards. Still have them offered as much as they are now, but cut back on the quantities. This has a few different effects. Some of the affects of doing this include cutting back on the cost, and freeing up money for something else. It alsonmakes the cards more collectible and sought after. Last but certainly not least, it makes people arrive to the start on time or sooner.

Sure they're with more. Making a 1,000 cards and giving it out to everyone in the neighborhood because you happen to have 200 leftovers would more than likely make even that precious one you're holding on to worthless. Giving cards out to people that never was on the ride makes all your hard work less meaningful. But hey like they say, it's a semi-free country! Do what floats your boat!
I put my cards on my bike, so your card is going to be worth more on eBay! Oh btw, I drink Tecate, look for me on the next ride so you can pay me for taking the hit.
