Toy Ride Volunteers Needed

We need a few hands to help the party go off right.

- Load in
- Decoration
- Keg operation
- Load Out
- Clean Up
- ???????

Times: 5:00-7:45
* People who want to do ride from NELA or Hollywood
can come help us out and still make it to Union Station to catch the red or gold line to their start point of choice.

5p-9:30
* Some of us will be working up to the last minute and will ride out to Olvera St. and just do the ride from Olvera to Self Help.

12:30-2a
* We'll need help cleaning up and loading the sound. Some of us have to stay until every last tamale wrapper has been put in the trash and the site has been fully restored to the condition it was in when we showed up.

If any of these times work for you please consider helping out your fellow ridazz.

Any other jobs that need help that people can think of?

 For those that are traveling long distances but determined to help out should probably focus on just giving a hand during the party.

Deesimple is the mastermind of this thing so you can always step to him and make sure everything is working or if he needs a hand.

Also it never hurts to pick up a little trash before you leave on behalf of some out less conscientious MR peeps.

I wouldn't expect any of those that are riding back over 20 miles to stay to the bitter end. So maybe some of those folks can just keep an eye out during the party and pick a few things up, so the final clean up isn't so tough.

We want that mothafuckka to sparkle when we leave.

 This a complete group effort so lots of people are putting in lots of effort.
From Self Help,Trickmilla,Other DJ,Band which has to bring all equipment and the route leads.

Thanks for volunteering guys.

We definetly need people to help band /DJ carry the sound equipment up the stairs.

probably 5:30-6:30

and another group of 3 once the band gets there...Will confirm time
maybe around 9pm

 I can help where needed. I plan on helping with the trash pick up and buffing. I'm not sure how the night will end, but if last years was any indication, we'll be the ones you can't get rid of!
