in the future, a guy doesn't ask for a girl's number. he just says "alright, well i'll start a thread for you on the
[whatever social circle we both belong to] forum and we can chat there."

Thanks for the sex Katie! It's been awhile and I didn't think I was going to get any I only got to kiss three girls at the dance and one them I had to ask twice... I wasn't sure what was wrong, I thought it might be my hair style or the fact I haven't done laundry in this Hemisphere in 6 months. But my confidence was completely restored by your sex, so Thanks! I look forward to many more great sexes.

Nah.
Real men holler across the street to express their love to a woman of interest.
Then face the return of the same, or an undisclosed aerosol spray, or thrown object.

1.) It was nice dancing with you, too, tek. I hope you have a safe trip back to San Francisco.
2.) I'm assuming everyone who commented above got/gave out their phone numbers at the ride? Or asked a girl to dance? Otherwise, you wouldn't feel confident in your convictions. I mean, you all live the message you preach here, right?

Isn't the point of a Sadie Hawkins Dance for girls to ask boys to dance, user "katiepoche"?
I think you are being too hard on our friends. They're just teasing.
PAM never asks for telephone numbers. I would not want to scare my personfriends away with my voice. It is a little bit odd!
Besides, you know what they say. On the Internet, nobody knows you're a pluggable authentication module. Unless you tell them!
PAM02.10.08 - 4:39 pm
reply
If Katie were to ask for my number, I'd totally give it to her.
That said, I wasn't aware she'd take checks for sexual favours. Maybe Katie needs a pimp to beat up Franz for passing the rubber check? Volunteers? I kind of enjoy the guy (when he's not naked, anyway), so I guess I'll pass on the job.

Fine!
There's stuff that is cool and futuristic. And flying cars. And everyone finally understands that lolcats are the apex pinnacle of humor, and all communication is done through them. Blade Runner turned out to be real. Terminator didn't. Kriss Kross gets back together to huge success, Fred Durst continues to suck, unfortunately in public. Did I already mention the cool futuristic stuff?
seanbonner02.11.08 - 3:23 pm

Yeah, but you're missing the one crucial piece of information. Don't you know that any trip to the future REQUIRES a perusal of the stock market. You could be telling us who to invest in in order to be able to retire comfortably in 3 years on a $1000 investment.
