I haven't yet read a description of the Hummer driver and the passengers. Can someone fill that part in of the story? And who was it, if anyone, that stated they had a gun? Or something to that affect.

We had lots of ridazz speak in front of city council. Surely someone must know this, right?

 I've watched the video of them in front of the city council. No one mentioned anything about the driver, other than the alleged actions. So I'm left still asking.
