Dude! I stopped in Ferrara on my bike tour across italy last summer and I can tell you without a doubt that it is the absolute most bike friendly town on earth! Italy is pretty bike friendly but Ferrara was off the chain! EVERYONE is on a bike there and there was a bike path everywhere I went. It was paradise on earth for cyclists. I can only imagine how insanely epic an MR ride there would be with nearly the entire city turning out to ride in a massive pack!
Good luck with this I was having trouble in Rome trying to throw one, but it was probably my fault as I was trying to get out of there asap and get to an english speaking country.
When looking into flights, my Lambo club guys say that Bologna is the closest to Ferrara but Malpensa in Milan has more connecting flights and choices. But it is much further away.
damn I was just joking but the thought of actually going to Italy doesnt sound so crazy anymore.... when? how much? Borfo are you organizing this?? I nominate you Rida of the decade if you do!
Why don't we make a ride out of it? I biked/camped from Venice to Rome with Ferrara as one of my stops in between. It only took a week. It would be awesome to do an extended ride like that with the ridazz with mini-ridez in towns like Ferrara along the way
I'll definitely organize this trip, you guys tell me your most convinent departure dates and i'll do the rest. Lodging, group tix, the whole nine..I thinik the last week of May or mid August would be good dates..
Roma here we Come......
OK , Joey why must you always make sense...next spring sounds great..We'll purchase the tix almost a year in advance..We'll also be needing a deposit by july or so..Serious inquiries please
This movie was premiered in Milano, we had a bunch of them come up and they were trashed by 2pm and apparently some of them were making love in the streets. You may want to plan the trip around this.

But this Italy trip will take some serious planning, so let's at least THINK about starting. Skano, I will absolutely help you plan, if you and others are really serious.
In August tickets are much more expensive.

Marco welcome to the Midnight Ridazz forum.
Don't think too much about it.
You don't need a website. You don't need money. You don't need to plan months in advance.Just...
Do it!
The most important part I think is the sound system. That's what sets you apart from other bicycles on the road. The rest will follow like the pied piper.
Marco Marzocchi posted the first MIDNIGHT RIDAZZ ride in Italy titled "Don't Miss It" 6.18.08!!!!!!
I'm so excited and I'm not even in Italy!
Marco! Please take photos and video footage and let us know how things went.
