May 21, 2013 Los Angeles City Elections have three ballot measures for regulation Medical Marijuana Clubs and distribution.
Measures D, E and F
Vote no on all Medical Marijuana Regulations
Just because somebody gives you three choices does not mean you are obligated to support any of them!
Please read the text of the laws before voting. Do not just rely on the summary or what I or someone else suggest.
I have found that these laws create emcubrances for these club to provide
medical marijuana patients with their desired choice of medication.
For some reason I have read people either saying this or that is the best of the three and they support that one.
Why does somebody need to support any of them?
All of these laws limit the hours of sales between 8am - 10pm or 10am -10pm
Of the three Measures F for whatever reason seems to be what I have that has the most support.
There is two place in the text of this law that makes it illegal to provide a patient medicines with a vehicle of any kind.
I don't know if this is done to not allow a food truck type dispensary or just to not allow deliveries?
If you have any clarification on this please reply.
Measure F also prohibits manufacture of concentrated cannabis, which means no butter, no hash, no wax.
It also requires testing for pesticides or prohibited substances. This will create a burden on the clubs to test for
something that they already know for the most part how and what was used to grow the medicine.
There is much more and I won't bore you. I encourage you to read the text of the law to see if you agree with it before you decide to vote yes for any of these regulations. The summaries leave much information out.
Please respond if you disagree or have any question regarding the legislation purposed.
As for mayor. I don't agree with either the candidate stance on most issues. Most people like them both. In regards to this bike community it is my recollection that Wendy Gruel treated this community with respect and concern when we voiced concern at various committee meetings of the City Council. For that and other reason she will get my vote.

Spoken like a true Valley Kook! Boo! Vote yes on all 3 measures and laugh as the city is forced to implement all three conflicting measures at once.
How my mayoral vote has been decided:
5% of vote based on best hair - Grueul wins
95% of vote based on record in support of bike riding in LA - Garcetti wins
I am telling you, it is nothing but lip service we ever got from Grueul. Garcetti is way out in front on bike and livability issues.

Thanks for the response.
the Kook label is any favorite point you made.
Enforce all three measure at once?
You must have missed the Competing Measure clause in all of the above purposed law of the text. You can find them in each bill on page 44, 59 and 81 in your voter guide.
