I think the phone books in the 2nd shot are a nice touch. I will start carrying one in my bag just in case I find some flat lighting I want to shoot in.

Because of a loophole in the gallery voting process, basically
all of the photos that make the top spot are there because one person bumped them. I mean, you already knew this, right? But did you also know that all of them are bumped expressly to annoy user spiraldemon? It's true! It really
is a conspiracy!

That was a joke, silly! To win, you just have to cheat, and cheat
hard.
In case it's still too mysterious, here's a tutorial. Go to the gallery and choose one photo at random. It has to be one that you haven't voted on, maybe, for example, one from a weekly
ride that hasn't existed for three years. When you are viewing a photo, paste the following into the address bar of the browser
&vote=999999999
and hit enter. The photo will probably not be sexiest yet because in order to make the list, it must be voted on at least twice. To vote on the photo again, you must either clear your cookies or use a different browser. So, go ahead and do that. Once you've bumped it twice, it should get the top spot, unless someone else has bumped another photo more. In that case, repeat the process, maybe with bigger numbers this time, and you'll eventually win.
So, there you have it. Now, no one should be able to complain about the photo that's in the top spot ever again, because they have the capability to vote up any photo they want in its place.
Oh, this is going to be fun to watch. Down with the cold war! Nuclear weapons for all!
