It bugs me that frosted mini wheats are only frosted on one side.

Blueberry muesli with yogurt and chopped dried fruit, made the evening before and left in the refrigerator overnight. Best breakfast ever.
Seriously, it's even better than banana pancakes.

1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Scottish Oatmeal
1 1/2 cups water
Cook, then pour over:
One (1) banana
Then add:
A handful of peanuts/raisins/walnuts
Two (2) tablespoons of flaxseed meal
A few shakes of cinnamon
A dash of Spike salt-free seasoning
Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Cereal for lunch, Caesar salad for dinner, chicken-fried steak and shrimp for breakfast.
My cooking will give you a heart-attack, but at the same time your last meal won't taste like shit, I guarantee it!! :)
