 I'm not exactly sure all what he is selling, but he's looking for offers starting at that range.

According to him, he's providing all the tools and components needed to start a used bike shop, not a space.

I trust him. He should respond soon enough.

 I would call that a misrepresentation. He is not selling a business but just tools. Why sell it as something it is not.

Also he should really update the CL post to reflect the details of his "business"
