It was great to see so many riders on the streets and bike trail today.
I was amused by all the "regular roadies" stopping at empty intersections waiting for the light to turn green at 7:30 on a Sunday morning.
After Wolfpack, CM, Ride Arc, etc., waiting for traffic lights when the coast is clear doesn't enter my mind any more.
Not sure if that's a good or bad thing.

 I got caught into this ride by accident... they rode by East LA and I just rode with them. Lots'o'spandex to my torn jeans.

 I wear lycra under my knickers.
On long rides, such as this Saturday's Tern of the Century, I don't bother with the knickers.
Uh...I still don't stop for red lights.

 On a ride above 40 miles bike shorts make sense, even if only to wear under something else.

Actually for any ride bike shorts are comfortable, ain't nothing wrong with sacrificing a little vanity for that!
