If yer gonna claim a month, sack up and actually lead that month's ride plz. It's both an honor and a privilege to lead the 2nd Friday MR. Let's keep the tradition alive and well by making cool spoke cards, coming up with unique and creative themes and riding all nite !!!!

I know. just throwing it out there. of course it'll still be the same weekend. I, for one, am going to do what I did in 2011 and do the 2nd Friday ride then take off right after to arrive in time to make breakfast for everyone. shit was awesome.

that's awesome that Dak is leading October. So much school work and regular work that it becomes a little overwhelming and cant focus on managing a ride. You have to be in it 100% to make it fun for everybody.

Probably a Mom, Im surrounded by them day and night! I just don't like bike crews doing 2nd Fridays. I think they should be done by individuals. When you did yours it didn't say anything about MOMs (I know you probably not a MOM yet, but anyways)
Xray had a very successful 2nd Friday that didn't involve the word MOM. I co lead my ride with Awesker (who is a MOM) but it wasn't a MOM ride, it was our ride. I just noticed when crews do rides they usually suck. Same thing goes for Angelopes their 2nd Friday ride sucked but Ive been on numerous Fuzzbeast rides that were a success. Anyways just my opinion. Now back to my Poop juice!

Friday March 14th 2014. The GEEZER Ride. Dress old and eccentric. Leave your house at 7pm and ride in the direction of downtown. Travel as slow as possible for 30 minutes. Complain about them kids flying past on their racing machines. Turn around and go home. Post pictures to MR in the morning.

Where: Echo Park by the Lady of the Lake
Trouble appears to be looming in the Midnight Ridazz Universe. After celebrating it's 10th glorious birthday (remember your 10th birthday??? LOTS OF CAKE, AMIRITE?!?!) in February, MoM seems to have dropped the ball. Well, Momma and the Pappa, along with the Trannys that hold the u-lock keys and those Crusty kids that just won't leave your ride, like... ever.
It's looking bleak. There isn't a 2nd Friday Ride planned for tomorrow and this would mean it would be the first time in those 10 years that no one has stepped up to bring us the ride that pretty much brought us all together in the first place.
It's time to ask, not what Midnight Ridazz can do for you, but what YOU can do for Midnight Ridazz.
So if you have a soundbike, if you have ideas, an awesome route, or a secret spot that we have yet to share with other cycling enthusiasts... then step forward and help us make this happen.
