that sucks.... hmmm, then why sort of promote the ride on this site if its limited to FB.... it should stay on FB, am I wrong to assume that? I guess i am.
its cool if they want to have a ride with their friends since we all do that... but why advertise it?

Man, there was a time when people knew the starting point and time by memory... and it wasn't a secret. But then this ride started getting bigger and full of young ridazz. For one reason or another some people didn't want the youngsters around and blamed anything and everything that went wrong on the ride on the youngsters. While we sat back and watched grown people get drunk out of their minds and do foolish things, but no one blamed them. And now we have this...

Thanks for the info... And as I mentioned it's cool if the ride leader establishes his or her boundaries, after all, itks their ride and we can choose to support or not support it. There are rides for women and female identified, there use to be a ride for black kids, and so on so its not something new for a ride organizer to reach out to a target cycling audience. ... Like the fugitive ride (shameless plug but they paid me) with its shenanigans- imma post my pic soon on what happened to me after a ride hahahah
My issue was more about FB, why is it on this site if information was only on fb, it is my fault to have inferred info was only on FB. I come to this site to read about rides and the shenanigans ppl pretend to be up to hahaha
The person working on this one and most rides put a lot of volunteering work for ppl to enjoy or discover bicycles again and sometimes they do not get enough credit.
Rage mentioned some other points and I would think the older community reaches out to the younger generation to have them harness that love for bicycles and community get stronger, after all, us older ppl with leave this realm and its going to be those kids pushing bicycles and the power of bicycles to the next generations.... Exposure to different rides, different ppl, different cultures, different gender identified ppl should expose younger kids to how our communities can be----

Great ride, great show, lots of miles, plenty of surprises and this thing just didn't stop until it wanted to.
Just the way I remembered these things from not that long ago.
Oh and if anyone could get a hold of him, tell J-J (old dude from the Valley) that he left his backpack in my car.
