Work-out routine.

When I was working security, I would ride down to the gym after work and work out for about 2 hours, 4-5 days a week.
While driving OTR, I managed to continue this via pushups/riding when gyms weren't available, and hitting the gym whenever I was near a terminal adjacent to one.
Now, after being with this local driving company for 7 months, I now have to return myself back to this habit after neglecting it due to consistent, shit-trips clouding my schedule.
All I could say is, glad I'm out of there.
So, now that I've gotten that out-of-the-way, what routine does everyone else follow to keep themselves in ship-shape?
I mean aside from cycling, does anyone go to a gym and acquire additional strength and aerobic-training?
Proper diet is obvious, but I'm an ass.

I recognize that lady. I did her hair before. She would come in with a personal stereo and play that exact music. I think it was her theme music. It would be so annoying, while doing her hair she would start doing those exact yoga face posses.

It's just finding a reason to keep it all flowing along.
My original reason is to keep myself ready for a potential LE-career, or something that involves heavy use of your muscles and lungs, as opposed to using your noodle all the time.
I'm firing off somewhat again, and intend to get fully into it once I get myself employed again.
I've never been out of work this long and it's getting to me in too many ways.
