Artist Roomate

I would like to throw this out to the bicycle community as priority.
This is for a first week of JULY move in:
I just found this place Downtown that is a small community for artists.
Its called the Brewery Arts Complex.
I just attended their Brewery Artwalk and fell in love with the place.
The square footage is massive for the price
considering the rates downtown.
Here is the link to what is free right now:

I'm assuming more will open towards the beginning of July so I want to be prepared.
I can swing half of any of the places which are $2,000 or less.
I'm not sure of the specifics of each unit, but some posted at the
Artwalk were boasting 2 bedrooms, 2 baths.
I'm looking to move in the first week of July, but I can't do anything about it
if I don't have anyone to move in with.
Minimal details about you:
male or female and can swing rent with no drama and live daily with no drama.
I don't think they allow "loud" musical instruments.
Minimal details about me:
I'm a 24 year-old-male Filmmaker/photographer/video artist/concept piece maker/mixed media making/random musical instrument playing/ minimalist and
lover of bicycles.
If this seems like something that would work for you. Contact me and we shall meet to investigate this further.

it was great...going through everyones lofts is what sold me on the place. honestly, it was better than the DTLA artwalk. It was just jam packed with weird, wild stuff...people experimenting with motion electronics and musical instruments chess pieces and fashion of course. Every one just turns their lofts into a gallery then a party.
To put it into perspective it would cost me 200 dollars less for 1,400 more square feet..the difference being a roomate.

small update. The proposal of 3 roommates has been brought about ...so in theory if there is a unit of which could sustain 3, then we are looking at around $666 each, that's right 666. I plan to head over early this week for visual information.
