ijunes you have a boner for a girl that later you found out was a boy. It's OK. It happens.
If you look at more pictures of him , he's not even that hot. He looks like a slightly chubby 15 yr old boy with long blonde hair and make up.
Here is his
myspace

probably just my fault for having the wrong idea in my head in the first place.
out of curiousity, 12 years old, thats probably pre-pubescent. would estrogen curb the male development side and allow for them to pretty much develop as a female?

It would probably help considerably. Better to do it then, than later.

Why i science wrong in this case? The fact that we are able to allow transgendered individuals to actually correct their gender isn't wrong if you ask a transgendered person about it. 12 may be a bit young, but of the 3 transgendered people I know, every single one of them knew they were transgendered from a very early age, and they say their parents were pretty well aware of it to. While 12 is very young to be making such a life altering decision, if they are confident that no mistake is being made, I imagine that starting the hormones before the onset of puberty will allow her to make the transition that much easier and to not have to suffer looking like a man dressed as a women or pay the expense of numerous cosmetic surgeries. Insurance will usually cover the gender change, but doesn't cover facial surgery and liposuction, and all of the other work most men who become women have to go through in order to complete the change. Becoming female beore becoming an adult will also eliminate the difficulty encountered in job interviews and the like that most transgendered people go through, since they have to explain the change in their identity in order to use their prior professional life as qualification for future work.
I'm not a doctor, but I'd also think that hormone therapy is mostly reversible. So long as no surgery occurs prior to absolute certainty on the part of an adult patient, they can presumably halt the hormone therapy should she decide to be a he after all. The decision seems to be a matter of hedging risks. There's a risk he doesn't truly know who he is yet, and will subsequently suffer some minor inconvenience from having had the hormone therapy, but that risk is low. The risk that he will suffer numerous social and psychological issues by delaying the process, if he is correct, on the other hand, is very high. Additionally, there's actual medical risk, since the surgical process of changing genders will require much more time under general anaesthesia if he has to go through multiple cosmetic surgeries in order to complete the process. Seems like betting on the lower risk is actually fairly responsible to me.

OK.... And what's it got to do with bikes?
There are plenty of threads on this board that have next-to-nothing to do with bikes. We don't need a thread that has absolutely nothing to do with bikes. This ain't 4chan, dude.
