hey guys. some unfourtunate (and painful) events have led to the dismemberment of my bike. i hope she will be back on the road eventually, but right now its not looking too good. id really like to go on a ride tonite, if anyone has a wheel set (fixed) or if anyone has a bike i can ride for the night or a couple days, i would be super stoked. hopefully its a fixie, but at this point ill settle for a huffy. i just need to ride!!!

ok... for those of you who arent on my myspace, heres the story...

"how i got my black eye"

its kinda like "what i did over summer vacation" but better:

alright so, im riding down the boardwalk yesterday (i know, i know, no bikes on the boardwalk... but there were too many walkers on the bike path! haha)
so this little girl (4 maybe) runs out in front of me. you can guess what happens next.
the little girl was fine, luckily for me. right? wrong! after her mom comes over and scoops her up, and before i even have a chance to get onto my feet... her DAD, yes, the little girls DAD runs over and blind sides me. yea, punches me in the face and head a few times while hes screaming about not riding my bike on the boardwalk.
ill give him that... nobody should be riding on the boardwalk. apparently there are alot of unattended babies running around at any given time. ( but seriously, when i thought that kid might be hurt it was pretty scary. scarier than the beatdown. so be careful bikers.)
anywho, after he decides im bleeding enough... as if i wasnt bleeding enough from the crash... he figures my bike should suffer too. after tossing that around had lost his interest, he wanted to come back to me. luckily, some people had come over and they held him back. o, and my favorite part is how this WHOLE time... not ONCE did he go over and see if the kid was OK.
by now, the kid has stopped crying and im picking up my mangled bike and limping home.

Oh my God! How horrible. I understand him getting upset at you... but physical violence? 'Cmon. No cops were involved? Battery on a person is illegal. There is never a legal right to physically do bodily injury to another. I wish you a speedy recovery Petey (get it? the little rascals dog.)

Sweet fucking jeezus. And while homeyboy is putting the Rodney King on you no one stepped in to get him off of you? Man, that fucking sucks...

Again, I hope you are doing alright...just bruising I hope. I mean, bananas bruise all the time and you can still eat them. He must have really fucked up your bike for it not to be ridable.

Messed up story man. Yeah you were wrong for riding on the boardwalk, but it doesn't give this dick the green light to dance you and your bike! I wish you would have called the cops and filed charges.

yea... im doing alright.. nothing major. im just a bruised banana. still edible... besides the whole full blown aids thing.
a very nice boy i know named ryan brahe hooked up my wheels tonite, so at least i can ride a tiny bit. hes such a dreamboat.
yea, thats right lee. stop it with the hook ups! jesus. you are such a traitor.
