I just saw a video from CRIMINALZ, I think that's it, of riders going out onto the freeway at congested hours. This is risky car protest but I'm curious about who does this, where they meet and when.

 It's their paranoia getting the best of them Gav. It's happened to me too. That is, thinking someone was a narc. The best and easiest way to get involved is show up and do the rides. You'll get to where you want to be eventually.

BTW, do some research on riding on the freeways. It's very debatable that this is NOT illegal.
