lost voice at critical mass, shared pipe and beer with people.
super stressed at work, started to feel a little dizzy, like sort of the out of the body experience but in my head.

major headache, woke up from sleep due to headache. Either really cold or really hot.

so far I've been just taking 1500mg of Vit C and alieve for the headache.

and suggestions though?
i have no time for this poopoo

and chynna this ride starts as soon as I'm better :D

stay off the alcohol and sugar.

Lot of water. stay with the C. catclaw extract and coconut oil. Rest REST REST. If you have them, probiotics.

I have a shitty immune system, (combined with a immune compromising lifestyle). Those things foods I mentioned above (sans the C) have save my life.

if you got what has been going on. You are going to have no choice but rest. That thing has kicked some major ass around here. I have had it oh so slightly, it never did anything to me until I went to the Salton Sea, didn't rest and party party partied. Then it kicked in for another week a little harder but not too bad. Then it went back to where it started for another week.

With all my food supplements, I have been able to keep it at bay with just a regular slight cough/sore throat cold for about a week. It didn't crush me like it did to everybody else. This thing has lasted about 3 weeks with everybody including myself. The stuff I memtioned above really helped me.

Good news is, that coconut oil is only about $8 a jar (get the refined kind, it goes down easier) I think you can get the 3 strain Jarrows Probiotics for about $13. I have a overkill 15 strain type. The catclaw I get is $50 for a two once bottle. but I'm sure the stuff at the health food store is cheaper then the specialty stuff I order.

My girlfriend and her brother got some 3 dose $60 anti-biotic that helped them.

If anybody has some colloidal silver that is know to be helpful too, but expensive if you don't know how to make it yourself. Easy to make, hard to get ahold of the pure silver 999. Best to make yourself, loses potency to quickly to buy on the shelf.

Careful not to overdo it on the colloidal silver, unless you want to end up with a permanent Papa Smurf costume for Crank Mob.

feeling much better;
what to report:
had fresh made chicken soup + herbal tea with honey and lemon and my headache went away and i have more energy.

fuck drugs!

Thats cool Nathan thanks for pointing that out. Of all the people I have known who have ingested colloidal silver I have never seen or heard of that happening with anyone before. If I start dosing up now, I could be the Tin Man for Halloween.
