Flying Pigeon Racer
I'm selling this bike for $479.88 (+ tax). It's taken me months to get everything together, and I'm hoping to hear what y'all think about it.
It is comparable to the Pashley Guv'nor, except the Pashley is 1 million times more expensive and a million times higher quality (molten brass welded lugs vs Flying Pigeon's electrical stamping for example). Still, the bike hauls ass, and is a lot of fun to ride.
Hot or Not?

It's very pretty.
That said, $480 for a heavy steel singlespeed with a rear coaster brake seems a bit steep.
It really is nice looking though. You could probably sell that saddle/bar/stem/wheelset/tire combo separately for those folks that want to build up their own "Townie" style bikes.
Throw a rack or basket and fenders on there and make a "Dutch Pigeon", and you could probably sell a ton of them.

Aight - cool. Thanks for the feedback. Looks hot, price too high.
I'll see if I can make this make sense (i.e. make money). Those 28 rims are impossible to find and I paid a bunch for 'em.
The bike isn't that heavy ... maybe 25 lbs. LOL.

It would help to take better pics. Dark bike / light back ground or light bike / dark background. I can seriously make anything out in the limited pics.

Yeah, word, thanks again for the props. I'll take $50 off if you mention Midnight Ridazz.
The only bike I know of that is similarly styled is the Pashley Guv'nor and that starts at $1,500 for the single speed with drum brakes. The 3-speed goes for $1,650 or something like that.

I was in the shop last week and checked it out. Pics defiantly do not do it justice, but i know you can't compare this to a bikesdirect.com bike. Price seems high, but I am sure they put some quality into it.
