thinking about going if there is enough interest. bus is operational. could be as cheap as 60$ per person roundtrip with bikes.

so, In thinking about this in my experience very early morning runs are traffic free but the MR crowd being what it is, an AM start would make most people bow out. A night run has more perils but we could perhaps field more riders. I'd like some feedback. And on a hill? mild or wild? I can go either way. How many people would be willing to commit to this so I can get a feel for the numbers.

I was thinking Laurel Canyon to the west side for the first run, two miles long 500 foot drop over that length, should make for a not too crazy run. Of course any suggestions are welcome.

note to everyone coming up:
Our house is totally 100% FULL. If you haven't already spoken with Tim, Rambod, or I about staying with us, you're gonna have to find somewhere else to crash. We only have one bathroom and already a dozen people in the house that weekend. This shit isn't gonna turn into Hal's during the last SF trip or Coe Coe's apartment of past pedalpaloozas. Figure your shit out BEFORE getting into town.
That being said, there's plenty of other houses that would be willing to take you in!

If it seems like there's gonna be a big group coming up for this trip, I'm more than willing to go out of my way to try and coordinate things with other houses for folks. But seriously. If you haven't already confirmed with us, don't show up at our house expecting a place to crash. No vacancy. We love you all (some of you, at least), but we're already over capacity.

Thanx MBW in PDX. Since most of the Angelopes were gone, Donnie Pepper and Troy were able to clear out a nice chunk of the Casa for some wild and rowdy Bike Polo action. And we had a helluva time! Dang, evrytime I go down there we have fun!!
