How about downtown (chinatown) to West LA. Or West LA to Chinatown.
Forecast says there will be no rain tonight, but it is going to rain Saturday and Sunday. So this maybe the only window of opportunity.

I asked Skano, "why not Boulevard nights tonight?" he said, he checked accuweather 10 days ago and realized it would be raining. With that in mind the eastsidazz figured The return of the second most anticipated east-side Ridazz gathering would be best under clear skys along with very special treat, that I swore i would not reveal..

Barrington and Olympic? (Ralphs parking lot)
Also if the Eastsiders want to ride to the Westside for the ride, maybe there should be an earlier meet up somewhere in the Eastside.

You should start in West LA, either Longs Drugs/Trader Joes Parking lot at Sepulveda and Palms or the Ralphs lot at Barrington and Olympic. Since those two locations are well-known and well-used by the Westsiders ( I live in Eastside but ride with the Westsiders all the time.)
You can start a ride from the SM pier earlier, for the Venice/Santa Monica people, then they can meet at the West LA location to begin the trek to Chinatown.

The route map for the ride tonight

says it starts on sunset, just East of alvarado. This ride looks perfect for me. My brother is in from Kentucky until tomorrow morning, we've borrowed a bike and would love to ride tonight. An earlier start (8ish) would be great as I have to film at midnight!
