This is such a sad story. At least authorities are doing the right thing. Here the driver would still be out on the streets. I hope the witnesses make this guy pay.

From what I have read the Cyclist was drunk and the cops refused to drive him home. Being drunk doesn't justify the fact what the car owner did, but it does cast doubt into what seemed to be a clear case of homicide.

*shivers* but the cops should not of let him back on the streets... even the dudes girlfriend said he was too drunk to operate the bike... ugh
