Apparently there was a preliminary hearing this morning and the judge has determined there is enough evidence to move forward in the case. Thompson, who is free on bail, was ordered by Judge Amy D. Hogue to return to the Airport Branch Courthouse for arraignment Jan. 15.
He pleaded not guilty to the lesser charges, and now he will be formally read the other charges and will have to plead guilty or not guilty on the 20th. This entire process could go on for a while.
I had been wondering what the status was on this as all word seemed to drop off and just got word on the events this morning from a certain contact in the news. I'll try to keep on top of any further developments.
I was laughing at the dude that pulled up behind the Kia and stopped them from leaving. You can see him in the frame at about :15. He was asking if we got our pics. LOL he would sat there until we did!

This guy is facing alot of court time cause there will be personal injury lawsuits after the criminal proceedings. The guy is a psychopath. I hope he gets fucked in prison!
