TSOL... good band among others like Wasted Youth, Adolescents, Circle One, Circle Jerks bla bla.... before mid 80's. Now when you see them it's like a Civil War re-enactment. like i don't wanna see them all aged and fat?! Just not the same.
Granted. ...grisham hasn't missed a meal in 20 years...their show is really good still. Saw them play last night...there's no better frontman than grisham.

And I gotta say that Middle Class was fcuking amazing last night, no punk, no rock, no staged shit, no attitude, just great fucking music with a lot of kids who were only twinkles in their parents' eyes the last time the band played kicking me in the head. Good times.
Of all the bands I saw last night I hope they play again. Soon.
I've been going to TSOL reunion shows for twenty years now and they're always great. Jack Grisham old and portly is still worth ten of that guy from Wavves...what the fuck is that guy's name? Well, anyway, that guy. Fuck that guy.
That said, the only band last night at the Frontier thing whose set actually blew me away was the Middle Class. Holy shit!

A band I was in once opened for the shitty Joe Wood incarnation of TSOL once. It was at some stupid club in Fullerton, but they showed up in limos. They sucked, but I don't need to tell you that.
I have a friend who, during those dark fake-TSOL days, would always fix any TSOL graffiti he saw by appending the words "The old" to it. "The old TSOL."

One time at band camp...
I got to get into a T.S.O.L show around 89 with a Vandals ticketmaster ticket or vice versa, fuck I cant remember anymore. I think I still have the stub somewhere in my drawer. I remember during code blue Jack bent down to the audience with the microphone for the "Code Blue" Bridge and it came to my lips and I shouted my hardest. He he so.. ummmm... whats the next topic?
cant say shit about Blitz, anti heros, uk subs or The Adicts( even if they sold out after all these years) The Exploited also sold out but i still listen to the old good stuff...
