at the party in Vernon this ASSHOLE first hits on my friend 2ice than hits on me.
Then bugs us to take a pic with him at the Cliques booth,.. since i was kinda weirded out that he was practically trying to sit on my friends lap and followed us around for a good ten minutes...
we declined his request for the pic, he then starts taking pics with person after person, as my friend got up to sit on the other side of the couch this asshole walks up and PURPOSELY pushes her to the ground, she doesn't falls,luckily i was there to catch her then she was like "asshole" and this motherfucker replies "i am an asshole aren't i.. aren't i an asshole.." and she was pissed then left, me sitting there still shocked with his reply he then sits next to me leans back then pinches a nerve in my shoulder while trying to pull me back with fingers digging in my shoulder to lean on him like i'm his girlfriend or some shitand saying "so when are we taking pics?" i looked at him told him "i dont know you motherfucker, what makes you think you can touch some one like that??!" i walked away.. that guy is lucky cuz i'll fuck a foo up i dont care who he is or who his friend are..out of respect for the Crankmas celebration i didn't make a scene.
if i see him on a ride..
he should just remember my face,,

im just saying at least give the dude an chance to appologize face to face with you and your friend.
you could clear the beef up and tell him what he did was not cool and should never do that again and make him just take it in what he did was real bad. violence wont get you no where, if anything it'll make it worst.

Kwasy is cool. He drinks from time to time. Too much, when I met him he was one of the biggest dicks. But he was drunk. Next time you see him at a ride. Pull him aside and just express your feelings to him and Im sure he would understand the mistakes he made. He just gets a little crazy. Its no excuse. You're right. I don't think we should be passing this off so lightly. I have only seen ONE girl on here saying that he was cool when they met, all the rest are boys. well of fucken course he is cool to you, you don't have a fucken vagina.
You know, I am sure rapists have friends and that they are cool to their friends, too. But they are still a fucking rapist. I'm not saying this guy is a rapist but he did cross the line by pushing her friend and physically grabbing Delirium the way he did.
I understand he was probably drunk out of his mind, but that excuse won't even hold up in court. He is the one who put the alcohol in his stomach, he is the one who chose to get intoxicated and should therefore be responsible for his actions.
The persistence I can understand, the following them around ok that's some little kid shit whatever...but the pushing and the grabbing is waaaayyy out of line and I do believe that both of these girls deserve an apology and that the person in question should reduce is alcohol intake in the future. That fool has got a lot to learn.

i actually have to disagree about if it happens to a guy
if a guy or a girl show that they are NOT INTERESTED (like when the person makes it clear), then either one will feel violated/uncomfortable etc.
the reaction might be different because a guy might not feel physically threatened by the girl... but it's happened to me and i didn't like it.

Just look at the evidence, md2, as to why I tend to believe this girl.
First, the thread was posted around 8 pm the day after crank mob...plenty of time for her own intoxication (if she was intoxicated) to wear off.
Second, the detail in her description of what happened. She didn't just post that this guy is a dick he grabbed me. No, she described exactly how it happened and exactly what he did.
Third, she has no ulterior motive to lie because she does not know this person. If she knew him then maybe I could see her blowing things out of proportion to make him look like a dick, but no, she has no clue who he is as evidenced by the OP
Finally, I believe 2 other posters corroborated her story by giving their own accounts of this person drinking too much and 1 person said he saw him chasing down girls like this before. (I may be wrong on the latter part but I know Tarsis said he drinks too much)
Therefore, you are giving this guy too much of the benefit of the doubt, md2. The evidence is against him.

i get the point you're trying to make...
I'll give you this: I believe the girl... i really do... but theres that part of me that thinks... sometimes just sometimes people can be fucked up and lie (again I dont "think" thats the case).
The problem i have with your analogy is this:
1. Its an assumption (unless you know rapists / hitler / and their friends / or have studied it to the extent that....)
2. There is this implicit suggestion via your analogy, that the people claiming the guy is cool or what not, are similar or something, to those who claim rapist and hitler are/were cool. -- THATS UNFAIR, thats not cool.
I think you're trying to say, "hey, rapist, hitler, and the like, will always have people who think they were great persons"... what you didnt say is this, and I think this is where we part..."but once those people FOUND OUT that this person IS a rapist, mass murderer, they were shocked, because that is not the person they thought him/her to be"..

If only one person made the claim that dude is a dick around chicks, then I'd be a little suspect about the claims. But there's been two people that have pretty much made the same claims. The OP and XL, I didn't see who the third was, if there is one that made this claim.

First off, it doesn't matter if it was a chick, or scrawny little guy - unacceptable actions are unacceptable and they need to be held accountable for their actions. I'm not one to call the cops, I'm more inclined of handling the business in-house.
2. One account is still an account. It could have been a mistake, intoxication, mis-communication, etc. It needs to be addressed ASAP, period.
C) By the second or third account it become a HISTORY, and whats-its-face clearly has a history of getting "too-drunk" and then getting "out of hand." His friends, especially those that find him "chill" need to let him know. PC's and that homeless guy's words should strike a chord, and Kwaz needs to understand that. If he doesn't understand that, then he has problems that are greater than a rant on an internet forum will be able to fix.

This shouldn't be an argument, I posted this to put a stop to and prevent further uncomfortable situations.
We all join this community to get a good ride in, a good work out and to have a good time, we should all be able to party without drama.
what upset me most was that my friend yaya (who is new to the community) left the party at that moment because she was so pissed and shocked,

personally, anytime a creepster is looking at me, all up on me, hits on me, or is just being creepy in general, i find exchanging zero words, walking away, and placing myself next to large men tends to work just fine.

When you are inebriated for whatever reason, you're still fully responsible for your actions. It's cute to see folks standing up for their friend, but if things went down just as Delirium described, that shit is not cool, and not even remotely funny.
However, please don't bring in the name of your bike crews and what you'll do in retaliation, even jokingly, there's enough gang mentality in this city as it is. You can talk all the junk you want about personally whooping someone's butt, but don't elevate it to the "your crew against mine" scenario.

I'm sorry some of you guys are friends with assholes. As duderina pointed out, rapists have friends too, and rapists are usually not shadowed figures in alleys...they're guys just like this who don't respect that No Means No, drunk, sober, or otherwise.
And dak, it might be better to get police action involved sometimes. It starts building a record, so that if anything really bad goes down, there's something to go on. I call the cops on shitty aggressive drivers and report their license plates...just in case....

Look, don't get mad at me. I'm defending my friend, I was there that night, and the only thing I can do is listen to both sides, and I choose to believe that Quazi was not intentionally trying to hurt/harm anyone. This isn't a matter of "sisterhood", it was an incident that happened, and if Delirium shows up to LACM or People's Ride she can discuss it with Quazi in private, rather than putting her business all over the internet.
