I'm more concerned with my alcohol threshold -- the point at which you cross the line of "wheee this is so much fun!" to "Jesus I gotta get off my bike to throw up in the back of that pickup truck."

 There's different paperwork to fill out, but we can do a graded drunkenness Vo2 test that measures your body's ability to utilize oxygen at different levels of beer/effort. But you have to buy the mask if you puke in it. Which you probably will.
