Even Cops can't find good parking spaces

Here in the Valley parking is so hard to find that the LAPD has to park on one of the few bike paths that we have. They did get annoyed by me taking these photo and another cruiser followed me for 2 blocks cause of it.

 Unfortunetly, they can do that kind of thing. I've had to deal with regualr civilians on the bike path before. Crazy.
