Getting in to The Price is Right can be a REALLY big pain in the ass if you don't book as a group -- the only way to be guaranteed admittance.
From their website:
"Group Bookings: If you have a group of 15-25 people you can receive guaranteed seats. Groups are booked in advance to ensure a full audience at tapings. Please call the Guest Relations Department at 323-575-2448, Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm PST, for further information."
A bunch of friends and I went a few years ago for someone's birthday. It was really fun. But, despite having come as a group, we still had to wait forever to get inside. BRING SNACKS. Still, better than the large amount of people who waited just as long as we did only to find out they weren't going to get in.
(Note: you also have to be 18.)
