im living at the alexandria which is on 5th and spring, 1 block east of the rosslyn!
im paying 670 for a big unit big enough to room two ppl its kinda crazy i got some hook up you'll see it in the future im sure.. the rossy's kinda shady watch out for that place, but its cheap!

Yeah I've been looking at the Alexandria too, they have some pretty sweet setups and I dig the tiny kitchenette. 670 sounds pretty clean, I might have to really start looking into that.

you missed the deal i got, it was two months free if you move in before the 31 you get two months free and just have to pay the deposit which is the same as rent and you get three months to pay it off hahaha ya son, so i pay 190 to move in!!

hahaha, the rossyln or the alexandria aint that bad. it'll feel like you're in the prophecy movies. just avoid getting stabbed by a needle. fuck that shit. rent is mad cheap for your own spot and on the plus side, if your herbsman is ever flaking, just take a stroll down 5th to san julian and you're fucking set! nicks for days, haha.

Well, looks like urban-revival is in full-steam and mowing everything else down.
All the cool people continually move in and the trash gets chased up the 14, or the 10-->15 on up to the Antelope or Victor Valley's!!!

yeah, the rosslyn is shady as fuck, the alexandria is way better.
I pay 550 a month, all utilities included here at the Rosslyn; you get what you pay for; asshole building manager, psycho desk clerks, diaper-clad senile neighbors, gunshots and buses serenading you at all hours and a room the size of a shoe box with one window.
i love it though, in a weird way.
