Short sleeved mens cycling jersey"
Its bad enough that Rufford Murdock has affected the quality of journalism at the Wall Street Journal. Now he is selling shag with WSJ logo on it. What A shame!

Or it could be a result of all the cyclists who work at the Wall Street Journal. I'm pretty sure Rupert didn't sign off on this one.

Schwag! implies a free or promotional item. So I would say that is not the case...but all media brands sell stuff. Faux News, Rush, Oreily all do it.

You are correct sir, about the schwag terminology. My joke would have almost worked if it weren't for that crucial flaw. Almost. I probably should have made some remark about all the text on the jersey being syndicated AP wire stories?
Eh, this snarky humor thing. I am no good at it. Old media is doomed. New media sucks. We're all screwed.
But anyway, like anybody is surprised by this WSJ jersey? What else am I supposed to wear on my Sunday afternoon ride to the coffee shop on my $8000 road bike?

They know their audience. This is clearly the result of
decades of market research.

What the hell is up with that spoke lacing? It looks weird...
But I really agree with nathansnider, it would more likely be this sort of bike:

The girlfriend would be on the Chanel bike.

I could probably find one at an antique store for cheaper, hell get one thrown in with the purchase of a covered-buggy.

Who knows Chuck. With a $5billion dollar debt for purchasing the paper, I'm sure every hundred dollars help. He obviously isn't louting the paper.
Thanks la dude. I always liked the way that WSJ would use dot matrix pictures in the past. I thought it created a unique feel to the paper that nobody else used.
I hate to admit it, but i actually like the Jersey. I think it looks kinda of cool.
I'm a little prejudice since I like the WSJ. (although I don't think I would ever wear it and would be pissed if someone actually wasted $100+ on something like that.) The paper is not like it once was, but it is still a step above most daily papers.
I also like the Channel bike. The seat and the panniers are cool. I'm thinking of borrowing a friends high end watch and going into the Channel store to check it out and take it for a spin.
