The house next to Richie's and my new warehouse, aka The HotBox is about to come up for rent. All I know is, I really want to have some cool neighbors, so I thought I'd put it out there for anyone looking for AWESOME location next to rad shit going down next door!
Its owned by the same landlords as us, and let me tell you, they are easily the coolest landlords ever. They are down for your cause, they really just want to see cool stuff happen on their properties and really aren't all about getting that $ (but pay your rent, man)...
So I have very basic info about it, other than its 3 bedrooms and the rent is $2,000 / mo. Not bad to live in a HOUSE in Hollywood...

I don't think I've ever spoken to you in real life, I'm much more genuine in that medium. Don't let my internet persona deter you, some people actually find themselves fond of me believe it or not. I'm fond of myself and thats gotta count.
i would definitely be down to be able to stay there on and off. i don't need a room. maybe a couch/ blanket somfin?i'd chip in for rent according to how often i stay or what the residents think is reasonable... buy/ make food?... if there is anyone who is serious about moving in, i'd pretty much be a temporary/ spontaneous resident if they were ok with that.
I'm with Larsen on this one. I might be down to move at the end of summer.... Not really in the plans at the moment. I'd love to see this happen though!

we could use some loaner cash for the hot tub, bridge/tunnel to marcus' house and hyrdroponics set up so if anyone would like to thrown down some cash for those home improvement projects well give them a discount on the cot in the garage (im looking at you meow)
