Studio Portraits

I'm going to start working on a set of cyclist portraits in the studio. Most of you have probably modeled before, so here's your chance to model for me. I want to start this Wednesday, sometime between 3pm-6pm in the studio at my school in Burbank. Every Wednesday, same time, same place. Give me a call if you want to model. My number is in my profile. If you don't want to model and just want a picture of your bike, I'd be happy to do that for you as well. :)

I'll be shooting digital and/ or film, depending on how I feel. 35mm and 4x5 film.

Anyway we go and get chessy portraits of ourselves, your group, you clicqe (core elite) . Exchange your portaraits with other riders. How retardedly cool would that be! I know Kalie and Randy did the glamor shots and that was super Fqkn cool.

I could totally see a group shot from sfvcm at sears with vaseline on the lens.... and some jerky spreading his butt cheeks exposing a large gaping asshole.... but I digress.

NEW TIMES
Wednesdays: 12:15pm-2:00pm (ending) and then 3:00-6:00pm(ending)
If I have a lot of people, it'll just be 12:15- 6:00pm.
Not Wednesday: 12:15pm-2:00pm.

I am a harbinger, does that help? But I guess if you need bicycle couriers you could check at the downtown coffee shops. I hear that's where most of them work.

it may be faster if you go to them.
Does it need to be a studio set up with backdrops and lights?
If yes, can we bring it on location? I'll help with transpo.
It could be outside on C-stands or inside a U-Haul truck.
If you want them to come to you, you'd have to lure them with something... like food...
Or you could setup something by the smokehouse (inside if Lance lets you) or outside or the little gallery next door and shoot people before the Mosey. Also the Chinatown station before a ride could be another opportunity.

larsen i dont have my phone...call 310-878-7681 (its my moms cell but im using it for the day)
im driving to my dads to help him for like 2 hours. probably wont be done till 3 or a little after. NOT SURE THOUGH.

Hey, Chynna, those two are great. As are pretty much all of the pics on your Flickr. Do you only do these during the week? Because I'm all employed and stuff now, but I need a better pic for my ALC page than my JC Penney shot (see above). Would love to get in on this at some point.

Yeah, I only have use of the studio during the week. However, I do have a light at home that works pretty well too, and we could use that outside with an extension cord or inside. (
I did this one in my house)
