Re Measure M Marijuana Tax

I strongly suggest voting NO

First. The law is schizophrenic. It is taxing you and then says it is not legal to have marijuana according to federal and state law.

Most importantly. It keeps and creates an infrastructure to keep marijuana for sick people at black market rates. Medicine should not be taxed. Biggest problems with all our schedule three drug laws is that they create a black market which cause huge profits. The State medical marijuana law has brought in people who want to profit not help people. There should be a system set up where the profits are taken out. Prices should reflect the cost of growing any plant matter, not these exorbitant price . It should be administered and ran by people who see the benefit of the cannabis plant and really really love it.
