I just tried it again, and it took me 42 clicks before I hit a name I recognized. 42!

I dunno. Maybe they get bored with the scene? Or they just don't use the forums, only the calendar. Or maybe they're people like me, who got really excited and created an account as soon as they found the site, but forgot about it instead of gong on the first ride they saw.

BTW, I did the roulette thing, and yeah, I got alot of users with zero replies and topics. I finally got an interesting one after about ten hits. Who remembers "bicycle doctor"?
RB said once at the Bicycle Summit meeting there's over 7,000 users on his site. hmmmmmmmmmmm really?

i went 60 clicks without seeing anyone i recognized until i stumbled upon "lady hand jams." don't know her personally, but i've seen her posts.
