 UC Davis here i come ..(hopefully) they have great civil engineering program. you can tell by there bike paths/lanes....

 I spent 15 years of my life in a small sleepy town 30 miles outside of Davis. You may have heard of it, Sacramento? What kept me alive there was Davis's radio station, http://www.kdvs.org/schedule/grid/

I'd like to hear what the top ten most bike friendly cities are in the US. I hear St. Paul, MN might be right up there.

 Berlin and San Francisco should be a reversed order in ranking. They're both bike friendly cities but Berlin has bike routes and riding on a rent-a-bike through the Potsdamer Platz in the night was as exciting as Jason Bourne Barhopping through the Fredrichsain (sp?) hipster bars and art shows.

At San Fran's Castro and Sunset hoods, I've had to fight for my space to ride a bike on the streets. They're both equal but San Fran's got some hills.

I also like riding my cousin's bike at Portland from Gresham to Downtown to Alberta. The problem is the majority of my relatives that reside all over the Portland/Vancouver area do not like bike riders and prefer to drive their cars on a bike boulevard :(
