One of my buddies who works up north for Specialized just smuggled out some fotos of a new prototype bike they want to put out later this year. Seeing how the freak bike craze has gone somewhat mainstream by appearing at SXSW, Burning Man, and other popular spots, they decided to market their own Tallbike. No welding required. Pretty cool idea if you ask me.

 They want to call it the 'Freakly'. My buddy said it was cuz 'Portlandia' had been trademarked.

 I was thinking of putting together a tall bike for myself.

This means if I'm wanting to do it and Specialize is doing it.
