Summer is here! Its hot, and its time for bikinis, shorts, tanktops, sandals, wet-t-shirts, hawaiian shirts, no shirts, speedos (except for borfo) & thongs!!! Bring out your beach balls, waterguns, and frisbees, cause we are gonna party …beach style!

i love the flyer. But one suggestion, I think this ride should be a little more spaced out than the last one (stuffed animal) and we should NOT enter burbank. I thought the route for the blues brothers ride was absolutely perfect, hopefully we can make it a little more like that one.

I love these rides and totally appreciate you putting them together, I understand how hard it is,but the only thing that bugs me is that we are going in circles around the starting point. I just think it should be spaced out a little more, going around the same 10 mile radius gets boring. Just my 2 cents.

I don't think we left til like 4 something...
This dude was riding by on this 1881 original Penny farthing and we stopped him for some quick chats. He quickly acquired the name 'BIKE GOD' and we chanted and followed him 'friends of the friendless' style.
The sky started lighting up again by the time i got home.

My buddy got some REALLY epic photos of us riding with Bike God last night/this morning. Meeting him was a pretty amazing experience. I know I learned a lot from his conversation as well as his awesome bike and it was a rather poetic end to the night.
Did anyone get his URL? I can't remember his name now for the life of me either (I usually need to hear names two or three times before they click).

Just thought that I should point out, to those that hate on the Cops, that the ones in the picture above, who briefly held Parlor Bikes, are the same ones who 'defended' us from the red pickup truck at the end of the ride, another reason NOT to dis the cops, at least when they are present

If the cops were chasing someone around in circles and then
didn't end up charging them with evasion/resisting arrest, then they can't be complete assholes. Maybe not a bunch of chill dudes, exactly, but hardly "the enemy." There's a reason the Ridazz thank the LAPD on the homepage, after all, and it's not just to be ironic...

LAPD cops are real cops in a real city and to them, we are not a big deal, they have more important things to do, I think it's when we go to smaller municipalities that we are big news and the Man feels the need to hassle us. It seems that the LAPD just hangs with us for a little while until they get bored, then leave. Hell, on the People's ride, when they saw us start the circle of death they lit up their sirens and took off, not wanting to be bogged down in unending bike traffic. Some people were mouthing off to them, on some drunken tirade that was really annoying for the other Ridazz who didn't want to hear it...

I was listening to the cop describe how he had to arrest someone. Unless I misunderstood him, he said a lot of riders had stopped at a red light at a busy intersection when along comes this guy who shoots the rid light -- riding right past him as he ran the red light.
