 Just FYI that's not edison in the video... He just filmed it after he invented the motion picture camera.

Before they invented freewheels all bikes were "fixed" so its not that surprising they already figured out the backwards circle in the 1800's. I haven't seen any skate videos that old though. That would be cool.
