Join us as we ride from the Bike Kitchen (Heliotrope at Melrose), into the San Gabriel Valley, stopping to stuff our faces full of delicious dim sum, and hitting up some moderate hills on the way back. Route TBD but will include some light to moderate elevation during the latter half. 35-40 miles, Brisk pace - the earlier we get to the restaurant, the faster we'll get seated. Don't know what dim sum is? Don't worry about it - just come stuff your face!
