There's no one answer, but many. A democracy has many voices. And an involved citizenry.

Been wanting to make a good general handout? Every ride should be handing out flyers. Want to share a dope poster you made? A stencil? Bring it! And copies. Do you want to spread the bike love but have no art skills? Show up. Get some flyers. Ride on.
