Ok kiddies, this one in typical CBC fashion will be the hardest run. Out N' Back lolly-pop style course that kicks it off with a mile and 1/2

climb. Then some fire road boogie that you can go too fast in, watch for free wheeling dogs with out leashes and entitled owners with bad

attitudes, smile, nod and keep riding. Transition through a neighborhood that even Chicken-Leather can't get lost in and you'll have a very

steep decent to deal with followed by about a 1/4 mile of sweet jumps, climb back out and return whence you came for 18 miles of suffering.
