**ROOKIE NIGHT** LA Bike Polo

Hello friends and lovers!

Summer is here! Rookie night is back!

Have you heard of bike polo? Interested in trying it out?

Here's the lowdown: two teams (3 vs 3) on tennis courts. You're not allowed to touch the ground with your feet. You try to shoot a street

hockey ball into the opposing teams' net to score goals.

Rookie night is the perfect opportunity to come out, meet the players, and swing a mallet.

Bring any bike to start out, but a good polo bike has decent brakes and a small gear ratio. Helmets and gloves recommended.

We play at Montecito Heights Rec area in Highland Park at the tennis courts. 7:30 PM.
