Homegirls Building Community -HBC #78 Late night session

This group was started because the bike community is heavily male oriented & We want to create a safe
environment for women to hang out with other ladies, have a girls night, and feel comfortable with whatever
their riding level is. We want to meet new women riders who are looking in becoming better cyclists by
motivating each other to ride short or long distances. Don't be scared to come alone we're all nice and
MEET UP: 8:30pm @ Echo Park Boat House / by the trees
RIDE OUT: 9:30pm Adriana is leading the ride and will probably be late
ALL FEMALE RIDE
*This ride is open to all women, women identified, gender-non-conforming, queer, trans, two-spirited folx*
Late night session will be a Mosey (slow)-medium pace ride, with a range of 15-25 miles. We'll be back at
echo by 12:30am. Don't feel like you can't or discourage if you think you can't keep up, we wait for everyone to
catch up we like to ride together as a group. NO LADY RIDER LEFT BEHIND! We all are going to be
motivating each other to push it.
What to bring:
-A working bike**** if it's your first time coming out PLEASE make sure you get your bike checked out first
before you come on the ride to avoid complications
-MANDATORY HELMET is a MUST! WE CARE ABOUT UR SAFETY ***if you don’t have a helmet please ride
-MANDATORY FRONT AND BACK LIGHTS!!! You should ALWAYS have a front & back light with especially if
you’re riding at night
-BE PREPARED WITH TUBES & TOOLS
-Booze & Budd we are 420 friendly
