7:30 â€“ 8:30pm â€“ FREE Yoga!

8:30 â€“ Ride back to the Bikery

9:00 â€“ Namaste

RAIN CANCELS (any amount of rain)

Bring: Your bike, a yoga mat or towel, water, jacket, snack. Wear: Comfortable clothing

You can also come just for the yoga and skip the ride, but itâ€™s good to let Sharon (the yoga instructor)
know in advance because if no one shows up at the Bikery she will not necessarily ride to the park unless
she knows people are there. The Yoga sessions generally happen at Balboa Park near Woodley and Balboa
in the well-lit area between the two baseball fields, all the way back. If you are going to be late please meet
us directly at the park.
