Ride of Silence/Rodada de Silencio - Central LA

Bici Libre will be leading a Ride of Silence honoring all bicyclists injured or killed. Please read all information below. The Ride of Silence is an international ride and will be taking place in many other locations throughout the world on the same day.

Our ride will begin at Bici Libre, make a loop through downtown, Macarthur Park, and end again at Bici Libre.

Please bring names of those you wish to honor. We will especially be honoring two people killed while cycling in the past two years and will be passing by the areas of their accidents. PLEASE WEAR A HELMET. This is a highly requested item for all Rides of Silence internationally. Please bring lights.

The ride will be conducted in silence as much as possible. Please arrive at 7pm. We will be carrying a flag with the names of victims, so please arrive early in order to write a name on the flag. We will be leaving for the ride around 7:30pm.

Other rides of silence will be happening around LA at the same time: one in Pasadena and one in Gardena. If you are closer to those on of those rides, please consider supporting them.
